Eggs
Eggs are believed to be the perfect source of protein. The protein featured in eggs is mostly utilised by the body in combination with Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin D and Vitamin E.
It is said the egg yolk features the essential substance, lecithin, said to be an essential part of many of the body's metabolic processes. Lecithin has been reported to fight against the development of heart diseases as well as the formation of gallstones. Because of its high content of lecithin, it is believed to be an excellent brain food, helping promote both memory and concentration and also contributes to great mental status. However egg yolks feature high amounts of saturated fat, said to increase blood pressure and cholesterol.
