Red Meat
Eating vast amounts of Red meat has been reported to toxify and acidify the blood. It may deplete calcium away from the body, causing strain onto the kidneys and liver, and may trigger movements in the intestines, which, in turn may kill off the beneficial flora. This may result in the development of kidney stones or liver disease. Red meat is rich in saturated fats and this may put strain on the body's ability of producing enzymes and hydrochloric acid, required for digestion. Consuming high amounts of red meat has been reported to cause Osteoporosis as it may ward off calcium in the body.
