Celery
Celery has a pressure-lowering chemical, found in few other vegetables. Eating Celery is believed to lower blood pressure by reducing concentrations of stress hormones that cause blood vessels to constrict. Celery features properties thought useful for people that are suffering from rheumatism, fluid retention and some kidney ailments. Celery also contains stomach-smoothing compounds similar to those found in cabbages, so consuming celery is reported to be helpful for people suffering from ulcers. Celery is also believed to be good for people suffering from arthritis and high blood pressure.
