Cranberry
Cranberries contain antibiotic properties that are said to prevent infectious bacteria from sticking to cells lining the bladder and urinary tract. Eating cranberries has been highly advised for people susceptible to urinary tract infections and cystitis. Cranberries are packed with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron and potassium. Its properties are thought to help improve cardiovascular health and may reduce kidney stones. Cranberries are also believed to help boost cancer immunity.
