Kiwis also feature the antioxidants, Vitamin E and polyphenols, which are believed to be good for heart protection. Kiwis may help combat blood clotting; they are high in potassium, which is reported to be helpful for people that may be suffering from high blood pressure and fluid retention. Consuming kiwis has also been reported to help combat a number of respiratory problems.
