Mango
It has been reported that one mango provides the advised daily amount of Vitamin C and vast amounts of beta-carotene, which fulfil 80% of the daily recommended Vitamin A intake.
Mangos are thought to feature vast amounts of Vitamin B3 (niacin), iron and potassium. It has been reported that the high amounts of beta-carotene featured in Mangos may help in aiding good vision.
