Papaya
Papayas are enriched in Vitamin C and are an excellent source of folic acid, which is considered essential for pregnant women. Papaya feature protein digesting enzymes, reported to help in aiding digestion. They are rich in both Vitamin E and beta-carotene, which are said to be powerful antioxidants.
