Pomegranate
Pomegranates are rich in plant hormones and feature vast amounts of iron. They are high in fibre, potassium and Vitamin C. It is believed that they strengthen gums and improve the circulation of blood. It has been reported that pomegranate juice contains larger amounts of antioxidants than green tea. Eating pomegranate is reported to help keep heart diseases away.
