Spinach
Spinach is a dark green leafy vegetable known to contain large amounts of anti oxidants. The antioxidants contained are reported to help in boosting the immune system. It features high amounts of calcium, which is believed to be good for bone health, and high amounts of beta-carotene which, it is believed, helps in improving vision. Spinach also features iron, which is seen as good for regulating blood pressure. The properties contained in spinach are believed to contain high amounts of anti- cancer properties. Spinach also contains folic acid, potassium, Vitamin B6 and magnesium.
