Chronic fatigue syndrome

Chronic fatigue syndrome is also said to be named myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) or post- viral syndrome. This is reported to be the condition where the immune system has trouble in handling viral infections when already over burdened with environmental stress.
It has been said that this condition might last between months to years and is not linked to any specific viral infection. Signs of chronic fatigue syndrome may include severe fatigue after mineral exertion that is not relieved by rest, suffering from aches and pains, swollen lymph nodes, headaches and fever. There may also be neurological indications.
A patient that suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome may have many weaknesses, such as suffering from dehydration and impaired liver function. Other signs of chronic fatigue syndrome are thought to include memory loss, difficulty in concentrating and headaches.

How it has been recommended to combat chronic fatigue syndrome
