Light
Light is said not just to benefit us in seeing things, but also to provide us with a number of other benefits such as improving sleeping patterns and regulating moods, as it is believed to increase serotonin levels
Being exposed to light is thought to help improve concentration and make one function properly. However, artificial light is not believed to be the same as natural light, as it believed that it has none of the colors and wavelengths that natural light features. Artificial light is believed to trigger moodiness, create a craving for sugary foods, cause sleeping problems and high blood pressure. These are all signs of Seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
Various types of supposedly healthy lights have been used, and these are thought to improve mood.
