Copper - Copper is thought to be important for the formation of collagen, a protein inside the bones, skin and connective tissue. It is said to play an important role in developing red blood cells and may be helpful for the body for using stored iron.
Copper is known to be helpful for combating high blood pressure and heart rhythm disorders. It is also said to protect tissues from damage by free radicals, which is said to help combat cancer, heart disease and other conditions. Copper is considered necessary for producing enzymes and may be beneficial for preventing bone loss that may cause osteoporosis.
