Vitamin D
Vitamin D is believed to be essential for absorption of calcium. It is also reported to be important for developing healthy teeth and firm bones, and may aid a good nervous system. Most of the Vitamin D is synthesised by oils in the skin in sunlight, and then absorbed by the body. Vitamin D is said to be good for people that suffer from tooth decay, osteoporosis and rickets. Natural sources of Vitamin D may be found in oily fish, milk, egg yolks, salmon and beef. It is also reported to be good for bone mineralization.
